Based in Cambridge but more than willing to travel, I am a Certified Business Black Belt, specialising in transactional process improvement, principally in the Service Sector environment. With over 25 years industry experience & nearly 10 years as a BSI Management Systems Tutor, I possess also a fundamental grasp of the concepts upon which ISO standards are based, as well as a practical approach to implementation & certification.
